Explore the principles that guide professional actors and directors in their work. Our most comprehensive and acclaimed class, A/D Lab features instruction in acting and directing techniques through monologue and group scene work. Students participate either as an actor or a director.
Taught by Artistic Director, Guy Sanville, Resident Artist, Michelle Mountain, and guests. Two to four hours per week of rehearsal time is required outside of class. Students must have a one-minute comic monologue from a published play for the first class session.
