With a minimum purchase of 12 tickets, your group receives a $4 per ticket discount for any performance throughout the season. (Discounts are not combinable. Students may use the 1/2 price student rate in lieu of the group rate.)

50% discount is also offered to student groups for all performances. Exclusive morning matinees may be scheduled for productions with particular educational relevance.


For Wednesday matinees and Thursday evening performances, nonprofit groups can purchase blocks of 30 or more tickets at a 50% discount for raffles and fundraising events. Proof of 501(c)3 status is required to redeem the nonprofit discount.

Whether it’s an office mixer or an all-out gala event, we offer options for exclusive gatherings of friends, family, colleagues or clients. Purple Rose staff will work with you every step of the way to create the event you want within your budget.

Menus are custom-created for each event by The Moveable Feast, one of the region’s best caterers. Possible menus range from light finger food and dessert to strolling dinner buffet as well as a selection of fine beers and wines.

With a minimum purchase of 150 tickets, private events are available at a $5 per ticket discount for Thursday 8:00pm performances or a $10 per ticket discount for Friday & Saturday 8:00pm performances during our regular schedule. If attendance exceeds 150, the price of each additional ticket will be added to the total balance.

Private event reservations are subject to availability.

A refundable deposit of $250 for Thursday evenings or $350 for Friday and Saturday evenings is required to hold the event date.


Final seat count and full payment are due three weeks in advance of the performance date. Cancellations after the payment due date are at the discretion of the Group Sales Manager.
