An exclusive collection of premiere plays is published and licensed through The Purple Rose Theatre Company.

Our catalogue was originally released in 2007 to insure that plays born at the PRTC flourish after the premiere, and it continues to grow with each new play we produce. The current script catalogue is available for download, and you may subscribe to our Premiere Script Catalogue bulletin to receive email alerts when new plays are added.

Extensive samples from each script are available in PDF format from our online archive. Complete scripts are available for perusal by completing a script order form. Paid orders of up to 10 scripts will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail for no additional charge. Please contact the PRTC Administration Office at (734) 433-7782 for shipping and handling fees on expedited or bulk orders. Script orders are for perusal purposes only and do not indicate approval of production rights.

The PRTC licenses both professional and non-professional production rights for all plays in our collection. An application must be submitted and approved prior to production. To request an application or complete licensing terms and royalty rates, send an email to licensing@purplerosetheatre.org or call the PRTC Administrative Office at (734) 433-7782. Completing this application does not guarantee approval for production rights. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Collectible author-autographed scripts are also available for purchase exclusively through the PRTC Box Office.

The PRTC is not an online publisher; however we are always seeking new plays for production. Please review our submission guidelines before submitting any material.

All plays available through the PRTC are fully protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction - including photocopying and scanning - of any play is strictly forbidden by law.
