Apartment 3A centers around Annie Wilson, Director of Fundraising for Public Broadcasting Channel 68, who is faced with a series of dilemmas in her personal and professional life. Rebounding from a failed relationship with an unfaithful lover, Annie's choice of a new apartment in a different neighborhood poses some new predicaments. Can she trust the landlord, Mr. Dalrymple, when he says, "Apartment 3A is the best apartment in the building"? And what should she make of her new neighbor, Donald, who appears at her door on a regular basis?

At the same time, Annie must also address the pressing problems that have come across her desk at Channel 68. Should the station repeat the daring documentary about the mating habits of polar bears? Should Annie threaten to pull the plug on Sesame Street's lovable Big Bird if the phones don't ring during the station's pledge drive?

And will the innocent lunch date with her co-worker, Elliot, prove to be more than they can handle? All of these questions are answered in Apartment 3A, the new adult comedy written by Jeff Daniels.

The cast of Apartment 3A featured Suzi Regan as Annie Wilson, Leo McNamara as her landlord, Mr. Dalrymple, Randall Godwin as her neighbor, Donald, and Joseph Albright as her co-worker Elliot. The performance was directed by Guy Sanville.
