Set in a room in the Harrington Hotel in New York City, this World Premiere comedy by Michigan playwright Kim Carney was the first production of an original script developed through the PRTC Playwrights Unit.

Frank and Joyce were both married, working in the same building, riding in the same elevator to work every day for years, and secretly fantasizing about each other the entire time. One day they make a lunch date to live out the fantasy, despite being the kind of people who would never do anything like that. One thing leads to another, but their noon-hour quickie turns into a long afternoon of unintended coitus interruptus.

The cast of Nooner included John Seibert, Marie O'Donnell, Todd E. Babcock, Mary Vinette, Ed Guest, Mary Kay Cook, Randall Godwin, and Barbara Coven.
