Reservation Details

• General ticket sales for each production begin approximately one month prior to the first performance date. Annual PRTC donors of $250 or more may purchase tickets 2 weeks in advance of the general public.
• Tickets can be reserved in advance through our box office, by phone at (734) 433-ROSE (7673) or in-person at 137 Park Street in downtown Chelsea.
• Reservations may be made using a MasterCard or Visa as a guarantee of payment. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to performance without penalty. Reservations not cancelled or picked up will be charged to the guarantee number.
• Patrons may pay by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard at the Box Office. Once tickets are purchased, there are no exchanges or refunds.
• Reservations are strongly recommended due to our limited capacity of only 168 seats.
• Tickets can also be purchased through our web site with a Visa or MasterCard. Tickets available for purchase online are limited at this time; please call our Box Office if you have special seating needs or the seats you are interested in purchasing are not available through our web site. Please note that all web sales are final and not subject to our cancellation policy.
