Rico Bruce Wade is an associate artist with the Flint Repertory Theatre, where he’s appeared in shows like Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Death of a Salesman, The Boatman, and Into the Woods. Most recently, he wrote and directed the hit production Sounds From The River at Cincinnati’s Aronoff Center for the Arts. Elsewhere, his directing work includes Hoodoo Love and The Mountaintop. A Second City–Detroit alum, Rico helped create more than a dozen original comedy revues. On screen, you can catch him in Sincerely Brenda, 490, and Songs From My Right Side. Beyond the stage and screen, Rico teaches at Wayne State University and with the Detroit Creativity Project.
