Rusty Mewha has been involved with the Purple Rose since 2006, when he took an audition workshop and was hired as an understudy for Honus and Me. He took several classes and workshops over the following years and worked as an understudy until he was cast in Miles & Ellie in 2013. Since then, he has racked up over one thousand performances at The Purple Rose as a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association. Rusty is also a member of SAG/AFTRA, and has works on camera in film and television and in the recording booth as a voiceover artist and audiobook narrator. He lives in Plymouth with his beautiful family and loves live music, hiking and biking through the woods, time in the gym, and his cats.
