Special Label Maple Syrup

Lake Charlevoix Maple specializes in making small-batch syrup. Cooked over hardwood splits, the syrup is intentionally boiled longer than required to produce an intense, smoky taste that is ideal with ice cream and fresh fruit desserts as well as cocktails and traditional breakfasts.
This case of 12 bottles was tapped, boiled, and bottled by Purple Rose Board Member Charles Eisendrath at the last working farm on Lake Charlevoix.
